DIGITIZE YOUR RESEARCH
Handwritten notes only take you so far when researching. What do you do when the book or journal article has information you are not ready to use, or a manuscript in an archives or a painting on a wall that you want to revisit later but cannot? In the past, a photocopy had to suffice. Now there are more choices!

Catalog Your Research
Hold onto your pdfs and and photo images so that you can remember what you worked on when you found them, and why you chose to keep them. Create bibliographic entries in any of the popular citation managers. Once you are done, attach your saved pdfs and images to the recorded entries. Now you are set to find them again when another project calls for their use.
